 The cottage is the end of a longere in a small hamlet, le Bois Meen, and is in the commune of Pleslin-Trigavou. It has been fully renovated and modernised and is an ideal and idyllic base for either lounging within its courtyard or parterre garden or exploring the numerous attractions within easy reach of the cottage.
Accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, the large, main bedroom being in the attic and having an ensuite (shower) and walk in robe. The two further bedrooms, plus a family bathroom, are located on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large oak beamed living and dining area, with open fireplace creating a great ambience, together with a separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, full sized stove and refrigerator etc).
UK TV is available.
There are seating and entertainment areas in several parts of the property including a private front courtyard with outside fireplace, a large hedged back lawn, and a parterre which is fully enclosed. In addition the property consists of approx. three acres which contain an orchard and open space.
It can comfortably sleep six people and has adequate parking for several cars.
It is located approx thirty minutes from St Malo (Brittany Ferries) and ten minutes from the Pleurtuit – Dinard airport (Ryanair and Easyjet). |
