The cottage is available from around the end of May onwards. A minimum two week booking period is required.

A rental deposit equivalent to one week rental is required immediately upon booking. Payment of full amount of rental is due eight weeks before commencement of the rental period. The deposit amount will be returned following inspection after the rental period and confirmation of amounts due for any telephone bills.
